If you have trouble using Xspinner, try the following solutions.
After I have changed some preferences, and relaunch Xspinner, the changed preference is not marked in the application
Xspinner 1.0 will not display the current setting of the active preferences. You typically use Xspinner to enable or disable a setting by checking or unchecking a checkbox, and then click the Apply button.
I have widgets on the desktop and I can't remove them.
To close a widget on the desktop, move the mouse over the widget, press the Option key to display the round close circle (with an X inside) in the widget's upper left corner, and then click the close circle.
See more about widgets on the desktop in the help section Applications in Xspinner Help. Xspinner Help can be accessed from the Help menu in Xspinner.
I get a message that the application only works with Mac OS X 10.5 when I launch the application
Xspinner is only designed to be used with Mac OS X 10.5. If you are using an earlier version of Mac OS X Xspinner will not run. If you are using 10.5 (Leopard) and experience problems, please submit a bug report here.
